Almost half of my buyer clients are from out of state. These clients are oftentimes my favorite, as I love sharing all the great things about the Carolinas. I relocated here myself from Southern California.

Last year, I had a client who was relocating from Texas to North Carolina. They wanted to move to Mooresville, NC. This family was on a deadline and did not have the time to see the homes in person. I set them up with auto home listing emails, and a home caught their eye. They called me on a Friday night, and by Saturday morning, I was on my way to see the home in person and show it to them on a video call. I spent my time at the home and looked over every detail as carefully as possible. I knew the builder who built this home and trusted the quality.

My clients wanted to make an offer, and we did. Due to the high-interest rates at the time, it was a buyer's market, and my clients were able to get a great price for their home along with a credit from the sellers. Thirty days later, the home was sold. Several weeks passed, and they finally moved into their new home. I remember calling them and asking if they liked it, and their answer was that they love it!

Fast forward to today, it has been almost a year since they moved to North Carolina, and we still stay in touch. They love living in Mooresville and the house they have made a home. The Carolinas is a great place to call home!
